Why This Work Matters to Me

I am deeply familiar with what it feels like to hold everything together while quietly questioning yourself.

Many of the women I work with are capable, intelligent, and responsible — yet still feel unsteady when it comes to money, boundaries, or trusting themselves again after a relationship breakdown. That disconnect is not accidental. It is learned.
